【摘要】:Thistechnicalreportprovidesguidanceinassessingthereliabilityofastatementofmeasurementuncertaintyinquestion,thatis,injudgingwhetherthatstateduncertaintycanbetrustedtoincludethevaluesthatcouldreasonablybeattributedtothemeasuredquantity(measurand)withwhichthatstateduncertaintyisassociated.ThisreportismostapplicabletostatementsofuncertaintyintheresultsofdimensionalmeasurementsbasedupontheISOGuidetoExpressionofUncertaintyinMeasurement(GUM).(AlsocalledANSI/NCSLZ540-2.)Thistechnicalreporthelpspartiestoavoidpotential,orresolveactual,disagreementsoverthemagnitudeofastatedmeasurementuncertainty,particularlywhenthatuncertaintyispartofadeterminationofconformityofamanufacturedproducttoadimensionalspecification.
