【摘要】:ThisPartofEN12312dealswiththetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinclause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,theoperationandthemaintenanceofpassengerstairswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomerequirementsrecognizedasessentialbythehealthandsafetyauthorities,aircraftandvehiclemanufacturersaswellasairlinesandhandlingagencies.Thisstandardappliesto:-self-propelledstairswithseateddriver(seeannexA);-pedestriancontrolledstairs;-towablestairsequippedwithpoweredmeans,e.g.forheightadjustment,stabilizers(seeannexA);-automaticlevellingsystemsofstairs;forembarking/disembarkingofpassengers.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytopneumaticsystems.Thisstandarddoesnotestablishrequirementsforhazardscausedbynoiseandvibration.ThisPartofEN12312isnotapplicabletopassengerstairswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationbyCENofthisstandard.ThispartofEN12312isintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithEN1915-1,EN1915-2,EN1915-3(forvehicles)andEN1915-4.NoiseisdealtwithinEN1915-4.
