【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthemeasuringconditions,requirementsandtestsfortheconstruction,performanceandsafetyofclass1,0axialandradialturbinegasmeterswithmechanicalindicatingdevices,hereinafterreferredtoasameter(s),havingin-linepipeconnectionsforgasflowmeasurement.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoturbinegasmetersusedtomeasurethevolumeoffuelgasesofthe1stand2ndgasfamilies,thecompositionofwhichisspecifiedinEN437,atmaximumworkingpressuresupto420bar,actualflowratesupto25000m3/hoveragastemperaturerangeofatleast40Kandforaclimaticenvironmentaltemperaturerangeofatleast50K.ThisstandardappliestometersthatareinstalledinlocationswithvibrationandshocksofIowsignificanceandin~closedlocations(indoororoutdoorwithprotectionasspecifiedbythemanufacturer)withcondensingorwithnon-condensinghumidityor,ifspecifiedbythemanufacturer,~openlocations(outdoorwithoutanycovering)withcondensinghumidityorwithnon-condensinghumidityandinlocationswithelectromagneticdisturbances.Unlessotherwisespecifiedinthisstandard:~allpressuresusedaregauge;~allinfluencequantities,excepttheoneundertest,arekeptrelativelyconstantattheirreferencevalue.Clauses1to7andannexBarefordesignandtypetestingonly,withtheexceptionof6.2.2.3,6.2.3.3,6.6.1.1.2and6.6.2.2.2.AnnexCmaybeusedtoprovideguidanceonperiodictestsduringuse.Clause8andannexesDandEareforeachmeterpriortodispatch.AnnexAshallbeusedforbothtypeandindividualtesting.
